Nigeria's best college athletes will be competing in the East Preliminaries for a spot at the NCAA Championships.
At least eleven Nigerian college athletes will be at the University of Florida competing in the East Preliminaries from May 24th-27th, challenging for a spot at the NCAA Championships.
The USTFCCCA organises the preliminaries for universities located in the same zone, so qualified athletes in their conference championships can challenge for tickets to the NCAA Championships.
Here are the eleven Nigerian athletes competing for their various schools for a ticket to the most prestigious college championship in the US.

- Esther Isa - Women's high jump and triple jump

- Favour Ashe - Men's 100m
