Lagos State Athletics Association, LSAA, is set to host its 2023 Lagos Club Athletics Series in the state.
Pulse Sports Nigeria can report that the series was launched last week with the opening series slated for this weekend in Lagos.

The Lagos Club Athletics Series is set to keep athletes in the country preoccupied for the coming months.
The Series is a competition that will see athletics clubs across the country compete for honour in what is expected to be a pulsating meet.
The features
- 4 - This is the number of series slated for the competition, with the first one set to take off this weekend in Yaba College of Technology, Lagos on Sunday.
The second series will take place at the Navy town in Ojo while the third and final series will hold on May 6 and June in Unilag and Yaba Tech respectively.
- 1000 - It is going to be a full house in Yaba when the competition gets underway with 1000 athletes expected to be in attendance.
- 30 - These athletes in the above will represent about 30 athletics clubs in the country as they go head-to-head for the grand prize.
- 10,000,000 - A whopping prize of over N10,000,000 will be competed for in all four series to determine the best club in the land.
Also, there will be cash given out at each of the four series with the overall winner set for a windfall when the series comes to an end in June.
