Three-time world 200m champion Noah Lyles has revealed that something is cooking, and the first pieces of information may be out in October.
Despite ending the season quite early after a dramatic Paris Olympic Games, the triple world champion is working off the track to impress his fans when he returns to the track next season.
In an interview with the Spun, the triple-world champion noted that there is a project he is working on and has yet to get all the details but it has something to do with next season, around March or April.

Reigning Olympic champion Noah Lyles has unveiled fresh details of how failing to listen to his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield contributed to his loss in the men's 200m final at the Paris Olympic Games.

“I’m done with the Olympics and I’m done racing for the season, but a few things have come up on my desk that makes me believe a very big competition will be happening sometime around March or April. A very unconventional project. We still don’t have all the details but so far it’s going very well. Maybe news about it will happen towards the beginning of October,” he said.
He added that as far as the LA 2028 Olympic Games are concerned, he explained that he is already thinking of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.
The reigning Olympic 100m champion noted that his life is all about planning for the future and coming from a family of Olympians, he also wants to be a successful athlete, noting that his focus is on making L.A. his greatest Olympic Games.

Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield are having the time of their lives with sizzling vacation photos after ending their seasons after the Paris Olympics.
“I’m planning on going to Brisbane (in 2032) (laughs). Of course, I’m thinking about LA. I come from a family of track & field athletes - not just athletes but Olympians. I thought becoming an Olympian was like getting a driver’s license - you study up for it then go out and get it,” Lyles said.
“Being around three-time Olympians, four-time Olympians, five-time Olympians (my whole life) - it was just natural to be an Olympian growing up. So of course I want to go to LA. I want that to be my greatest Olympics ever. It’s rare that you ever get a chance to run at the Olympics but even more doing it in the US,” he added.
