Preview of meets scheduled for NCAA Nigerian athletes this weekend.

The outdoor season officially began last week, with several Nigerian athletes such as Tobi Amusan racing in her first race of the year.

As more meets are lined up this weekend, especially in the relays, below are the Nigerian athletes in the NCAA scheduled to compete for their various schools.

Entries:

Auburn University's duo of Abasiano Akpan (women's 400m) and Favour Ashe (4x400m) are the Nigerian representatives at this meet.

Entries:

Success Umukoro of South Plains College will compete in the (100m, 4x100m, and 4x400m)

Maria Umoinabg also representing South Plains College, is listed in the 100m and 200m, while her sister Mercy Umoibang representing Texas Tech University, will take part in the 400m.

Jerry Jakpa of West Texas A&M is listed in the 4x100m, Ese Awusa in the women's 400m, and Victor Akhalu in the men's 400m.
