Dates when Sha'Carri Richardson and Shericka Jackson will clash for the first time this season have been confirmed.
World champions Shericka Jackson and Sha’Carri Richardson will clash at the Diamond second leg of the Diamond League Meeting series in Suzhou, China on Saturday, April 27.
Jackson, the reigning World 200m champion is yet to open her season and has cancelled three of her season openers including the latest event where she was supposed to compete, the Miramar Invitational in Florida.
The Jamaican might be opening her season, competing in her favourite event, the 200m as she fixes her eyes on the world record. She also hopes to bag her individual gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games later this year.

Richardson will be opening her season with the 100m at the Diamond League Meeting in Xiamen, competing in the 100m before her highly anticipated clash against Jackson.
