World and Olympic 100m champion Noah Lyles left fans in awe after showing his athleticism during gymnastics practice with renowned gymnast Frederick 'Flips' Richard.
The Olympic 100m champion was involved in basic gymnastics sessions, in which Flips showed him four tryouts and he executed them perfectly, proving he would also make a good gymnast if he tried out the sport.
For the first, Lyles showed his technical brilliance with the 'Muscle Up, before completing the 'Handstand Hold' as the second. The third tryout had him show his good form in the 'Handstand Pushups' and finally his technical speed in the 'Backflip'.
Both Flips and Lyles shared the routines on their Instagram page, which got fans wowed by the track star's athleticism.
The six-time world champion received several accolades, with many suggesting his competitive attitude means he can succeed in any sport.
