Jacious Sears and Marcellus Moore made winning statements at the 2025 Millrose Games.
American sprint sensation Jacious Sears continued her perfect start to the 2025 indoor season after storming to 60m victory at the Millrose Games.
Sears ran a brilliant race to win the women's 60m final in a blistering world-leading and personal best time of 7.02s, ahead of Celera in 7.15s and Aleia Hobbs third in 7.16s.
The stunning victory is her fifth of the season, building on her impressive performance at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, thus making her stand as favourite to win the US indoor 60m title and with a good chance to challenge for the world title in March.

Last season, Sears was in exceptional form to break into the elite league of the world's best female sprinters after running a superb time of 10.77s to become the second-fastest woman in collegiate history behind Sha'Carri Richardson's record of 10.75s.
Sadly, a season-ending injury ended her Olympic dream and opportunity to make the US team.

Meanwhile, a new 60m sensation emerged in the men's 60m final after Marcellus Moore stunned Bromell to a famous victory in a personal best of 6.56s, edging the 2016 world indoor champion who clocked a season's best of 6.59s.
It is Bromell's second consecutive loss of the season after finishing fifth at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix last weekend.
