Thomas who had an iconic outing at the Paris Olympic Games by winning three gold medals in the women's 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m events, is currently on vacation with her boyfriend Spencer McManes in the Maldives.

Simbine won his first global championship medal in Paris, by anchoring the South African 4x100m relay team to the silver medal and also competed in the 100m final, where he finished fifth.
With the world championships scheduled to take place in Tokyo next year, the named athletes will have their sights set on returning to have a memorable 2025 season.
