Kisii Express Mary Moraa has unveiled her race roster as she disclosed where she will attempt to break Caster Semenya's 600m world record.
Reigning World 800m champion Mary Moraa has unveiled where she plans to compete this season in the build-up to the Paris 2024 Olympics where she will be making her second appearance.
The 23-year-old will be starting her Olympic campaign at the Diamond League Meeting in Doha, Qatar on Friday, May 10 where she will be up against familiar foes including Uganda’s Halimah Nakaayi, Great Britain’s Jemma Reekie and Jamaica’s Natoya Goule-Toppin.

Brigid Kosgei's younger sister, Pamela Kosgei is making major athletics moves following her relocation to New Mexico where she is pursuing her further studies.
Moraa had also expressed interest in shattering the 600m world record and she has confirmed to go for it at the USTAF Los Angeles Grand Prix on Thursday, May 16.
“I will go for the 600m where I will attack the world record…I don’t know where I’ll compete exactly but I’m going for the record,” Moraa said.
The 600m world record currently stands at 1:21.77 and was set by South Africa’s Caster Semenya back in 2017 in Berlin, Germany.

Moraa will then take on Athing Mu, and Keely Hodgkinson at the fifth leg of the Diamond League Meeting, the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, USA on Saturday, May 25.
The trio has not clashed since last year’s final Diamond League Meeting that happened at the Hayward Field in Eugene where Mu, the reigning World 800m bronze medallist beat Moraa to the title.
Hodgkinson, the World 800m silver medallist finished second in the race as Jamaica’s Natoya Goule completed the podium in the tight race.
