The Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh, has revealed that the National Youth Games will help the people of Nigeria foster peace and unity with one another.
Enoh made these revelations during the opening ceremony of the Seventh edition of the National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State while breaking kolanuts, a traditional sign of peace, friendship, and positive beliefs.

The Ceremony took place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, with 35 sports t feature, with over 5,742 athletes from the 36 states of the Federation, including the Federal Capital Territory.
