Over time, Lyles has emerged to be one of the greatest track and field stars, owing to his vocal nature, talent, and undeniable fashion sense.
In 2016, the American and his younger brother Josephus Lyles turned professional and signed with Adidas, and from then on, he has been a great figure in the world of sports.
From his time in the sport, Lyles has been able to sign deals with different brands and he even modelled for Hugo Boss, a retailer that offers luxury fashionable attires and fragrances for men and women.
During the time, Lyles was being paid per hour, just like all the other models and he was making over Ksh6,500 every hour just by wearing the outfits and walking on a runway.
Lyles was said to have signed a multi-million-dollar contract extension with Adidas that extends their partnership up to the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
At the time, Lyles’ management, Global Athletics and Marketing, Inc also noted that the agreement involved extensive commitments both on and off the track and is the richest contract in the sport of track and field since the retirement of Usain Bolt.
