The LSU Invitational will have Favour Ofili make her season's debut, while Imaobong Uko will be gunning for a new 400m PB.

Nigeria's 'star girl' Favour Ofili will finally be making her outdoor debut this weekend at the LSU Invitational.

The Louisiana State University (LSU) poster athlete is scheduled to race in the 100m and 4x100m relays, which will be her first individual race of the season.

Ofili last competed in an individual event at the NCAA Indoor Championships, running an incredible African Record (AR) of 22.11s in her 200m semifinal race, which shattered her previous record of 22.36s.

She'll follow up with another fast time of 22.20s for a silver medal in the final, defeated by Julien Alfred's jaw-dropping time of 22.01s - a Collegiate Record and the second-fastest time in world history.

Ofili also ended her indoor season with a 60m Personal Best (PB) of 7.14s and was a finalist at the championship.

The speedster has been out of action since then, only competing in a few relay races, but will now return to the track aiming for a fast time to kick off her outdoor season.

Uko, Onojuvwevwo, and Obi face off in 400m

Baylor University's Imaobong Uko will lead Nigerian quarter-milers competing at the meet when they face off in the 400m.

Uko has the Nigerian-leading time of 51.66s clocked last weekend at the Michael Johnson Invitational and will hope to improve on this time in LSU.

Onojuvwevwon has the second-fastest time of 52.52s, which she ran two weeks ago, and a new PB for the LSU freshman is possible, while Obi should target lowering her Season's Best of 54.99s.

Both Uko and Onojuvwevwo will double in the 200m and the relays. Obi will race in the 4x100m and 4x400m, Uko in the 4x100m, and Onojuvwevwo in the 4x400m.
