As the world's fastest man, Noah Lyles had lots to say when asked the best sprinting advise that has propelled his career, delving on nutrition, training, mental alertness and injuries.
US speed king Noah Lyles is one of the fastest men in history and currently the world's fastest man, having consecutively claimed the World and Olympic 100m titles.
So when a fan asked him what is the best sprinting advise he was ever given, the six-time world champion had lots to say, having earned the rights with his exceptional track success.
While doing a question and answer segment on his Instagram story, Lyles revealed four sprinting advise he patterned after that have propelled his career on a path to greatness.
First, Lyles said: "10% physical, 90% mental."
The second advise was on injuries, stating: "People running fast in bad positions get injured."

His third was on training - "Train fast, Run fast."
And the last was on nutrition - "Fat don't fly."
In addition, Lyles also gave a brilliant answer on success and genetics when another fan asked: "Be honest. To be the best, do you need genetics?", to which he replied: "Yes, but that only gets you to the line. Everyone at the top has genetic talent, so you have to work to be number 1."
Having had two consecutive seasons of winning the World and Olympic 100m titles, Lyles will be gunning to have another great 2025 year, which will need him defend his world 100m and 200m titles in Tokyo this summer.
