Two-time World champion Sha’Carri Richardson has revealed her daily mantra that has seen her cement her name as one of the greatest sprinters of all time.
Speaking in a video posted on Nike Women's Instagram page, the American disclosed that she always looks at herself and encourages herself to know that she is enough.

Shericka Jackson has shared stunning photos to usher in the 2024 season with a strong message to her opponents.
In the 2023 season, Richardson won the 100m in a world-leading time and later propelled her 4x100m relay team to victory at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
She also finished third in the 200m behind Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson and compatriot Gabriel Thomas. The American then won the 100m at the Diamond League Meetings in Doha, Qatar, and Chorzow, Poland.
In the Olympic season, Richardson already has her eyes set on the 100m and 200m and has already started training towards the same.
