Sha'Carri Richardson was honoured at the F1 Academy sprint race in Austin, by presenting race winners Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, and Charles Leclerc their awards.
World's fastest woman Sha'Carri Richardson had the privilege of presenting the fastest F1 driver in the world, Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc their awards after the sprint race in Austin, Texas.
The moment described as 'from one sprint winner to another', was at the F1 Academy Sprint Championships.
Verstappen won the race ahead of Britain's Lewis Hamilton, and Richardson was there to witness not just her first F1 race event, but was honoured with presenting the winners their awards.
She also presented second placed Hamilton and third placed Leclerc their awards respectively.
The 23-year-old, a native of Dallas, Texas became a world phenom this year after winning the US and world 100m title in Budapest to become the fastest woman in the world.

The track at John Kincaide Stadium in Dallas, Texas has been named the Sha'Carri Richardson Track by the Dallas ISD in honour of the world's fastest woman.
Also, she ended the season as the joint world leader with 10.65s and clocked most of the fastest times in the event this year.
