Africa's fastest woman in history Marie-Josee Ta Lou, said yes to the love of her life, US-based Trinidadian fiancé J Smith in a grand civil wedding held in Ivory Coast.
The Ivorian track queen shared the adorable pictures on her social media pages, announcing that she can now be addressed as Mrs Smith.
"Mr & Mrs Smith 💍
18.11.23 ❤️," wrote Ta Lou as the caption on her Instagram page.
The civil wedding is a follow-up to the traditional marriage, which took place on November 16th, but Ta Lou made it public days later after sharing beautiful photos from the occasion.
