With his 2024 season's exploits now ranking him high on the men's 200m all-time list, Kenny Bednarek is not resting on his oars sending a legendary message to his staunch rivals Noah Lyles and Letsile Tebogo.

Olympic silver medallist Kenny Bednarek was one of the big performers in the 2024 season, having capped off his season in style by winning the Diamond League title over Letsile Tebogo in Brussels.

The American sprint star's season was highlighted by being an Olympic 100m finalist, claimed his second consecutive Olympic silver medal in Paris, won his second Diamond League title in four years, and certified his name alongside Noah Lyles and Tebogo as the Big 3 in the men's 200m event.

Bednarek's accomplishments this year have given him a laser-like focus on continued dominance next season and a legendary dream that will rank him higher than his rivals at the end of his career.

Speaking on his loss to Tebogo and successful bounce-back revenge in a new episode released on his YouTube channel titled Vengeance, Bednarek recapped his Paris emotions and 19.67s win in the 2024 Diamond League Final, where he defeated the Olympic 200m Champion.

"I was upset because I didn't get the gold and this is the second time I've been snubbed of the gold medal at the Olympics," recounted the two-time Olympic silver medallist.

Noah Lyles was stunned in the Olympic 200m final losing to Letsile Tebogo and Kenny Bednarek

"You know Tebogo ran a better race that day. When you're in that moment, there's a lot of things going on, and when it comes down to like milliseconds of certain things like a split decision can make a big change in that race," added the 26-year-old.

With his 2024 season's exploits now ranking him high on the men's 200m all-time list, Bednarek is not resting on his oars and wants to be the greatest ever in the event.

"I want people to remember me of the type of person I was on and off the track. And then I also want people to recognize me as the best ever to do it. I mean that's why I'm here, just to be great and have fun," he said.
