The trio of Tobi Amusan, Ese Brume, and Chukwuebuka Enekwechi have been confirmed to compete at the Gyulai Istvan Memorial in Hungary.
Nigeria's track and field queens, Tobi Amusan and Ese Brume, are confirmed to compete at the Gyulai Istvan Memorial, Hungary on Tuesday, July 18th.
Amusan, who's fresh from winning the Silesia Diamond League in a Season's Best (SB) of 12.34s, will target improving on her Silesia form by going for not just the win but lowering her time to climb to the top of the world standings.
The World Record (WR) holder will face familiar rival Nia Ali - the US champion, and her compatriots Alaysha Johnson and Tia Jones as her strongest challengers for the top finish.
Brume, on the other hand, will return to action aiming to return to her best form, having had an inconsistent season.
The world silver medallist has competed twice in the Diamond League this season but didn't have a top-three finish. This time, the jump queen will have her goals set on a massive distance as she faces US Quanesha Burks.
Finally, Chukwuebuka Enekwechi will line up in the men's Shot Put event, hoping to improve his SB mark of 21.69m as he continues preparations for the World Championships in Budapest.
