This comes days after he won the men’s 4x400m relay gold medal at the Paris Olympic Games. With his feat, Wilson became the youngest male athlete to ever run for the U.S. track team at the Olympic Games.

As he enjoyed his gold medal victory in the Olympic Games, Wilson met Jay-Z at Fanatics Fest, a weekend-long event for athletes and fans. A video shared by Citius Mag on X confirms that the two actually met.

Ryan Clark of ESPN introduced Wilson to Jay-Z and it is unclear what the American rapper said to Wilson but from the look of things, it was an amazing experience for the youngster.
The 16-year-old is set to begin his junior year of school at Bullis High School later this month. He was off to a great start to his season, setting new records in the 400m and 4x400m relay at the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet.
At the New Balance National Outdoor meet, he won the national championship in the 400m, setting another record. He also ran the anchor leg in the 4x400 relay and helped his school secure the win.
At the U.S. Olympic trials, Wilson oozed class as he cruised through to the final where he finished sixth, crossing the finish line in a time of 44.94 seconds.
