Kenyan sprinter Ferdinand Omanyala faces stiff competition from Noah Lyles and Kishane Thompson at Paris 2024.
The men’s event does not have a repechage round hence Omanyala will have to put in the work to sail to the semifinal and later the final. The heats will be run at 12:55 noon at the Stade de France.
The men’s 100m semifinal will then be run at 9:05 p.m. East African Time on August 4 with the final being run on the same day at 10:50 p.m. EAT.
