Yohan Blake has had a disappointing 2023 season that also saw him missing out on the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
Over the 100m, he has only won three races and lost the rest, something that has caused mixed reactions from his fans. Due to that, the Jamaican has posted on his X (Twitter) handle to narrate his tough journey to stardom and what it has taken him to maintain stamina.

Blake opened his season with the 60m at the Camperdown Classics where he finished second. He went ahead and finished fourth at the Gibson McCook Relays.
Over the 100m, he started off at the Diamond League Meeting in Rabat, Morocco where he finished a disappointing sixth then proceeded to the Diamond League Meeting in Florence, Italy where he settled for seventh.
