The Warriors bounced back in Game 2 thanks to a big night from Klay Thompson to tie series.

The Golden State Warriors came out after losing Game 1 at home and thrashed the Los Angeles Lakers by 27 points, 127-100, to tie the series early on May 5, 2023.

After a drubbing at Chase Center, the Warriors tied the best-of-seven Western Conference semifinal series at one after playing like they needed a victory in Game 2 more than the Lakers did.

The Warriors blasted the game open by scoring a combined 84 points in the second and third quarters to pull away from Los Angeles, which had a seven-point lead at the end of the first quarter.
