The Basketball Africa League (BAL) unveiled a refurbished basketball court on Sunday Jan. 22 at the Noah Country Club in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
The new basketball court in Yaounde is a collaboration between BAL and NBA legend Joakim Noah.
The refurbishment is a collaboration between the BAL and the Noah’s Arc Foundation and part of their commitment to provide safe places where youth can learn and play the game of basketball.
As part of the inauguration ceremony, NBA Academy Africa Associate Technical Director Joe Touomou hosted a Youth clinic for 63 young boys and girls from Yaoundé and a Coaches Clinic for 65 local coaches.
