The NBA Paris Games will see the Chicago Bulls take on the Detroit Pistons
An NBA regular season fixture featuring the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons will take place in France on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
The fixture between the Bulls and the Pistons has titled the NBA Paris Games and is the yearly showcase outside the United States of America (USA).
The Chicago Bulls are not strangers to visiting Paris as in 1997 led by star player Michael Jordan their visit dominated the sports world.

The NBA continues to give its fans around the world the opportunity to see its biggest stars live in action.
Hayes on return to France
Star point guard for the Pistons, Killian Hayes hails from France and is delighted to play in front of his family and friends.
Speaking to reporters he said, "Can’t wait, really! The opportunity to come and play in France will not present itself a second time… The whole team is very excited.
"It will be a great opportunity. (the memory of his last match at Bercy in U17 with Cholet) I have videos of the match…
"It’s been a long time since I came back to Bercy. It will be a very great experience. My family and friends will be able to see me in the room.
"This is a very big opportunity for me, my team. Many of my teammates had never been to Paris before. The experience will be crazy."
DeRozan on Paris trip
Bulls shooting guard DeMar DeRozan also talked about the opportunity of playing a regular season NBA game outside the U.S.
He added, “It’s so many angles of positivity that I look at coming here,” DeRozan said.
“To be able to compete and do something in front of a fan base you don’t normally get the chance to do something in front of.

"I don’t take the opportunity for granted one bit. It’s an experience that lasts a lifetime.”
The Pistons and Bulls are massive Eastern Conference rivals in neighboring states and are expected to provide top-level basketball on show in Paris.
The NBA continues to expand its brand worldwide and recently there have been conversations of bring their top talent for a pre-season fixture on the African continent.
