Portland superstar guard Damian Lillard has reportedly ruled out all other contenders insisting he only wants to be traded to the Miami Heat.
The Portland Trail Blazers are now resigned to losing Damian Lillard but will strongly demand accurate compensation.
However, that is made even more difficult by Lillard's insistence on only joining Miami, who currently are yet to meet Portland's demands.
Miami or nothing for Lillard
Miami will continue to push but it is unlikely to happen very quickly and the most likely scenario is that a third team gets involved which could take some time.
No matter what happens, it is safe to say Lillard's time as a Trail Blazer is over.
