Hearn explains why Joshua against Wilder fight may happen in 2023.
British boxer of Nigerian descent Anthony Joshua is set to return to the ring to face American Jermaine Franklin.
Joshua and Franklin held the press conference for their fight this week in London.
At the press conference, Franklin explained taking on Joshua after losing to Dillian Whyte late last year.
Joshua on the other hand explained that he returns motivated to make more money.

Hearn of Joshua's future
In an interview with DAZN Boxing, British sports promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport explained Joshua's plan for the rest of 2023.
Hearn explained that after Joshua takes on Franklin he still wants two more fights before the end of the year.
He explained "We always have plans to be active, in the past either through tough fights, injuries or media and sponsorship obligations it ends up being two.
"We have got a chance here to go April, go July, go December and that’s very much the plan is keeping nice and active this year.
"Anything can happen, these are two guys 17, 18 stone breaking hands, damaging jaws, cheekbones, anything can happen.
"But all being well April 1st, he’ll be looking to have a big fight in the Summer and then go again in December."

Hearn on Joshua vs Wilder
Hearn also stated that Joshua wants to take on former WBC champion Deontay Wilder before the end of the year.
He explained the importance of the fight and that negotiations are ongoing with Wilder's camp.
He added, "People talk about the Dillian Whyte fight in the Summer, that’s a good fight for him," Hearn said.
"Deontay Wilder is a fight that he definitely wants and that’s not going to be around forever. That is one of the biggest fights in boxing.
"There’s Tyson Fury, what is he going to do? Is he going to fight Usyk? It’s gone very quiet, they have been negotiating now for over a month. AJ wants big fights."
