The Nets were led by their newly acquired forward Mikal Bridges on a career-high night performance in his second home game.
Bridges in 37 minutes of action, recorded a career-high 45 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and provided five assists.
He also contributed two blocks and two shots, with an efficient 17 of 24 shots, which included four of six from three-point range.
Bridges was also perfect seven from the free throw line in an all-round performance to stuff the stat sheet.
Wilder witness the breakout game for the rebuilding Nets after trading away superstars Kevin Durant to the Phoenix Suns and Kyrie Irving to the Dallas Mavericks.

Wilder who claims to be of Nigerian descent also witnessed some of the finest basketball exports from the country in action.
Wilder also witnessed Nigerian-American professional basketball player Gabriel Nnamdi Vincent shine for the Heat in the loss to the Nets.
Vincent was again named in the Heat starting lineup by Head Coach Erik Spoelstra.
In 36 minutes of action, Vincent recorded 21 points, three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
He made six of 14 shots including three of nine from three-point range and was six of seven from the free throw line.
Another player of Nigerian descent that was in action at the game was Heat center Bam Adebayo.
The big man featured for 38 minutes and poured in 24 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists made 10 of 19 shots, and was four of seven from the free throw line.
Wilder to return at Barclays Center?
Wilder is not a stranger to the Barclays Center the home arena of the Brooklyn Nets in New York.
The Tuscaloosa, Alabama native has recorded some of his most devasting knockout victories at the Barclays Center.
Wilder's victories at the Barclay's center include Bermane Stiverne in 2017, Luis Ortiz in 2018, Dominic Breazeale in 2019, and more recently Robert Helenius in 2022.
