In order to win $1 million, he bet $250K approximately 200 million naira on Nate Diaz to defeat the YouTube celebrity turned boxer in the match at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Saturday night.
Along with the bet was a message on his Instagram story that said, “Jake is a dog but I can never bet against a Diaz brother that’s just how I was raised.”

With a 22-13 record in MMA, Diaz, 38, is competing for the first bout since 2007 outside of the UFC.

In his boxing career, Paul, 26, is 6-1 and has already defeated former MMA stars Ben Askrin, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley.
Drake has suffered significant losses on bets including Premier League soccer, Anthony Joshua, Kamaru Usman, and Conor McGregor.
