According to doctors, Mike Tyson has ulcer and cannot fight Jake Paul.
At the NFL's AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Katie Taylor, the undefeated world champion in the women's light-welterweight division, will square off against Amanda Serrano of Puerto Rico in the co-main event.
The two fights were set to happen on July 20, However, Tyson, who turns 58 later this month, was advised by doctors to withdraw due to a recent flare-up of an ulcer.

The Netflix-broadcast Tyson-Paul bout has been approved as a professional fight; but, there are certain restrictions.
Specifically, there will only be eight two-minute rounds, and gloves weighing 14 ounces instead of 10 ounces must be worn.
Although Tyson hasn't engaged in a professional fight since 2005, he did participate in an exhibition match in 2020.
He made history in 1987 by being the first heavyweight boxer to hold the WBA, WBC, and IBF heavyweight titles concurrently.
However, his unbeaten streak ended abruptly in 1990 when Buster Douglas defeated him in one of the biggest upsets in boxing history.
Paul has ten fights, nine of which have been victories over former UFC opponents; his only loss came in February 2023 against British boxer Tommy Fury.
