The fight will happen in Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, the same venue that hosted the heavyweight fight between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou In March 2024.
It is anticipated that the undercard will begin at 6 pm Nigerian time and UK time before the main fight.
The main event's ring walks have been scheduled for 11 pm, Nigerian time and will be shown on DSTV cable network, Supersport.
The winner will be crowned as the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000.
