What Okpe said
Okpe believes the tournament was a valuable learning experience.
He highlighted a newfound fearlessness in the team's batting approach and a more tactical execution in bowling.
“Generally, our performances with the bat and the ball, as well as fielding, have been impressive. Although we lost several games, it helped us as a team to assess where we had issues and be able to come back stronger.
“The guys have been more fearless with their batting, and the bowling has been more tactical.

The Yellow Greens are one of the tournament's favourites, as they are the highest-ranked team in the qualifiers.
“So, I feel the next line of action is for us to play more competitive cricket against quality teams, which will help our game improve and allow us to play well in subsequent tournaments," he said.
Nigeria's next major challenge is qualifying for the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka. Having already secured the top spot in Sub-Regional Qualifier C, they will face off against seven other countries for a coveted World Cup spot.
