FOOTBALL AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia be warned! No shenanigans at Ulinzi Complex
The two Kenyan giants have hinted at shifting their base to the military-owned grounds but they will have to meet some tough conditions to be allowed in.
Ruaraka are unbeaten in five matches, having amassed a flawless total of 20 points ahead of Kanbis A and Swamibapa (both on 16)-separated by respective run rates.
Kanbis will, however, fight like wounded Lions having already lost one match to Swamibapa at Jaffrey’s last weekend.
“Batting-wise, I think we started really well in our loss to Swamibapa last weekend and again guys who were set failed to finish off,” said Gondaria when asked about Sunday’s headline match.
“I think the way Narendra and myself were batting, we could have chased the target with 3-4 wickets down but unfortunately, the idea of scoring boundaries was what trapped us and that’s where we lost it as we were losing the wickets on a regular basis.”
