The Victoria Pearls failed to bounce back from Saturday afternoon's eight runs loss to Namibia as they lost again to Hong Kong by eight wickets on Sunday in the ongoing Capricorn Eagles Quadrangular series.

Uganda was limited at every opportunity, with Ruchitha Venkatesh picking up three wickets for eight runs.
Betty Chan also managed the same but for 14 runs, while Kary Chan and Mariko Hill each picked up two wickets for 7 and 9 runs, respectively.

In the first game (against the UAE), Uganda won the toss and elected to bat, putting on 159/3 in 20 overs.
The Victoria Pearl's batting order struggled to deliver, with only three batters hitting double figures.
Assistant captain Janet Mbabazi managed 27(27), which included four fours; Gloria Obukor added 17(22), while Rita Musamali managed 18(16) as Uganda was cleaned out for 98.
The chase saw Hong Kong's Natasha Miles explode with a half-century of 50 off 52 not out, including five fours.
Kary Chan added 25(28) while Yasmin Daswani and Mariko Hill each added ten runs apiece as Hong Kong posted 102/2 condemning Uganda to an 8-wicket loss.
The loss was Uganda's second at the Capricorn Eagles Quadrangular series, and they will return to action on Monday when they face Namibia at 3.20 pm EAT.
