EA FC 25 official ratings have leaked and no Super Eagles star could crack Top 50.
Super Eagles of Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen has been omitted from the Top 50 players in the latest EA FC 25 player ratings.
The ratings, leaked by a reputable gaming insider on X @exofifa_ , comes as a shock to fans who had high expectations for Osimhen after his impressive individual performance in the previous season.
Despite being the first Nigerian footballer to receive an 88 overall rating in EA FC 24, thanks to his pivotal role in helping Napoli win the Scudetto in 2023 and his impressive 8th-place finish in the 2023 Ballon d’Or rankings, Osimhen’s rating has not been enough to secure him a spot among the top 50 players this year.
The 25-year-old’s future in football remains uncertain amid ongoing transfer speculation. Napoli's prized asset is expected to leave the Italian club this summer, with strong interest from the Premier League and the Saudi Pro League.
However, negotiations have stalled, particularly with Chelsea, who are reportedly keen on signing him permanently but are yet to reach an agreement due to his hefty wage demands.

GAMING EA FC 25: 3 things we learned from the ‘boring’ Gameplay Deep-dive
EA's gameplay deep-dive trailer for FC 25 did not leave us with a whole lot to be excited about.
EA FC 25 Ratings: No Super Eagle in the Top 50 as Mohamed Salah reps as the only African in the list
Osimhen’s omission is not the only blow to Nigerian football as no Super Eagles player made it into the Top 50 ratings of EA FC 25.
The only African player included is Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, with the Egyptian winger securing the 16th spot.
Meanwhile, as the football world witnesses a generational shift, both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have also seen their ratings downgraded significantly, reflecting the twilight of their illustrious careers.
In EA FC 25, Messi is now rated 88, and Ronaldo completely misses out of the Top 50, in what is a signal to the beginning of a new era dominated by younger talents.
Manchester City’s Rodri has been rated as the highest player in FC 25.
The Ballon d’Or contender alongside Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe, Barca Femeni’s Aitana Bonmati, and Erling Haaland are the best players in the new game with all receiving an OVR of 91.
Madrid duo of Vinicius Junior and FC 25’s cover star Jude Bellingham are in sixth and seventh position respectively with both being awarded an OVR of 90, following a remarkable campaign that saw Los Blancos win LaLiga and the Champions League.
Both players are expected to battle it out as well for the Ballon d’Or awards organized by France Football, later in October.
