Isaac Success speaks about career low point
The Udinese striker, in an interview with Steven Moore and Michele Bruzzese of TLN TV, spoke about many things including his travails during a year-long injury layoff.
"Well, I think the worst thing a player would say during their careers is getting injured," Success responded to a question about his biggest challenges so far.
The Nigerian continued, "And you know when you’re injured, you’re off track for a couple of times, depending on how long you stay injured."
"The toughest one I’ve faced was when I was in Watford when I had my achilles broken and it was really tough because I was out for like 11 to 12 months before I started playing," the 27-year-old said detailing a painful experience.
"So it was really tough for me because I was home for like three to four months without doing nothing, mentally I was really really drained," Success rounded up.
The Nigerian has since recovered and is enjoying life in Udinese after playing 72 games for Watford, returning six goals and five assists.
