An appeal has been made, requesting Juventus be stripped of the 2018/19 league title.
An appeal has been launched to strip Juventus of the 2018/19 Serie A title, which Ronaldo won with them, citing the Plusvalenza scandal.
The Old Ladies have already been docked 15 points this season for misrepresenting their finances over a series of transfer dealings in the last few seasons.
The 2018/19 season is one of the seasons under which they were punished for the said irregularities, and the appeal requests they be stripped of the league title they won that season and the Scudetto that year be given to second-placed Napoli.
The appeal against Juve's Scudetto
GetfootballNewsItaly reports that Codacons, a consumer protection agency, and a Napoli fan club called Associazione Club Napoli Maradona have filed an appeal with the TAR tribunal requesting that the 2018/19 league title be handed to Napoli.
They claimed that Juventus still 'altered the regularity of 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 campaigns,' citing their capital gains scandal—which they have already received punishment for—and the ongoing Prisma case.
The Plusvalenza case
As we reported earlier, Juventus were deducted 15 points after inflating transfer values and lying to financial officials in an attempt to save money.

Eleven points separate second-placed Lazio from Juventus in seventh, but the fascinating six-way battle for three spots is far more nuanced.
An investigation was opened last year regarding the club's finances, with it being claimed that their losses had been misrepresented between 2018 and 2020.
Juventus denied any wrongdoing, but the Federal Court of the Italian Football Federation has found them guilty and slapped them with a huge points deduction.
As well as the points deduction, the board members have been hit with suspensions by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC).
