Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to extend Ben Chilwell's stay at the club following his string of good performances.
Ben Chilwell joined Chelsea in August 2020 and after integrating seamlessly, he suffered a few injuries that reduced his overall impact. When fit, the England international remains one of Chelsea's most impactful players.

Chilwell is approaching the final two years of his current contract and has drawn significant interest from Premier League rivals Manchester City in recent weeks.

According to 90min, Manchester City's firm interest has acted as the catalyst for Chelsea to accelerate renewal talks with Chilwell, who has now agreed the terms of an extension to his deal which would see him commit to the Blues until 2027.
After missing the World Cup with England due to injury, the Chelsea left-back has been one of the Blues' best performers this season, surviving competition from summer signing Marc Cucurella to retain his place as a regular starter.

“I know I’m not at 100% yet, but I think I’m coming to my level,” he said.
“Chelsea made a big decision to sign me and there’s a big desire in me to give back. I want to be part of this club for many years."
Chelsea will need to make serious decisions in the summer regarding player departures and contract renewals but first up, a huge Champions League clash against Real Madrid.
