Former Beyond Limits prodigy Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is on a season-long loan at Sampdoria from Serie A champions Inter Milan.

Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, the highly-rated 19-year-old Nigerian midfielder, is making waves in Serie A this season following his loan spell at Sampdoria.

Akinsanmiro, who is on loan from Italian giants Inter Milan, has hit the ground running since joining Sampdoria in the summer.

In his debut for the club in the Coppa Italia, the young Nigerian was instrumental in Sampdoria's win over newly-promoted Como.

According to the match statistics, Akinsanmiro was the most fouled player on the pitch, won the most duels, and maintained an impressive passing accuracy of 81%.

Last season, the Lagos-born youngster made his Serie A debut for Inter Milan, becoming the latest Nigerian to feature for the Nerazzurri and product of the legendary Beyond Limits academy to make waves in Europe.

Akinsanmiro's rise has been nothing short of meteoric. In addition to his Serie A debut, he has already won the Coppa Italia with Inter - becoming only the third Nigerian player to do so after Obafemi Martins and Joel Obi.

Akinsanmiro featured for 14 minutes on his Inter Milan debut.

With his maturity beyond his years and outstanding technical ability, Akinsanmiro is quickly establishing himself as one of the most exciting young prospects not just in Italy, but across Europe.

If his early performances for Sampdoria are anything to go by, this is just the beginning for the Nigerian sensation.
