The Nigerian striker will stay at the Czech club until 2026.
Young Nigerian striker Joseph Oloko Ede has completed a move from Nigerian National League (NNL) side 36Lion to Czech club Silon Taborsko.
Ede, who primarily plays as a centre forward will be on the books of the Czech second-division side until 2026, having signed a three-year contract.
Last November, the youngster scored three times in two appearances for the NNL club in an invitational tournament, Jagaban Cup.
Silon Taborsko gets their pacey forward
Nigerian journalist Olatunde Liade, first reported the news on Tuesday, adding that the deal was noted duly by FIFA Agent Dan Smejkal.
"@36lionfc' Joseph Oloko Ede has signed for Czech Republic side, FC Silon Táborsko," Liadi reported on Twitter.
"He scored three goals in two games last November in the @JagabanCup. He was noted by FIFA Agent Dan Smejkal and has inked a three-year deal. He has played for Pawas Academy & Bulmaro FC. Congrats!"
The club on their part revealed that the signing was reached due to Ede being a 'speedy forward', and Silon Taborsko, needing reinforcements.
This is preceded by the reputation of a speedy type of forward who is equipped with above-standard strength.
"FC Silon Táborsko announces two more reinforcements of the second league squad," the Czech side said on their website.
"22-year-old forward Ede Oloko Joseph will wear the Táborsk jersey. This is preceded by the reputation of a speedy type of forward who is equipped with above-standard strength."
Ede joined by fellow Nigerian
Silon Taborsko while announcing the striker's arrival also revealed that another Nigerian, John Alozie, will as well, "wear the Táborsk jersey."
Alozie, a 19-year-old plays as a left winger.
