Ingwe created some good opportunities, particularly in the second half, but were unable to make Muhoroni pay as they were frustrated to a 0-0 draw
AFC Leopards will have to wait longer to get their first win of the season as they were held to a dull 0-0 draw by Muhoroni Youth in a match played at the Kasarani Stadium on Saturday.
Muhoroni had three first half penalty appeals turned down by the referee for alleged handball in the area. Collins Neto missed a glorius opportunity to put his side on the driving seat in the 36th minute, failing to connect to a good cross from the right with the goal at his mercy.
A minute later Leopards, midfielder Kevin Kimani hit the target from a set piece. The first half, in which Muhoroni Youth had been the more adventurous side ended barren.
The second half started quite similarly, but in the 51st minute, Steve Mbulere won a freekick in a dangerous area after being brought down by Randy Bakari while attempting to cut inside. His freekick forced Levis Opiyo into scrambling the ball away to safety for a corner kick which was not well executed.
