The veteran striker has reportedly suffered a leg injury that prevented the 31-year-old from training.

The captain of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon has been ruled out of the 34th African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.

The Indomitable Lion of Cameroon would definitely miss the services of their talisman, whom they have been relying on to bang in the goals during the tournament at Ivory Coast.

The veteran striker was ruled out after reportedly suffering a leg injury that prevented the 31-year-old from training.

According to reports in Central Africa, the country’s football federation (FECAFOOT) has made the Besiktas striker’s situation known to insiders.

It remains to be seen who would be drafted in to replace the former Al-Nassr striker.
