On the 1992 Super Eagles jersey, Iwobi talked about Branding it with Nigeria.
He said, "Hey, that is great. They made sure everyone knew you.
"This is my dream. Yo back in the I'm putting on bro, oversized jeans.
"That's definitely maybe TIMBS. I thought they were rocking fans.
"I'm trying to see it from the perspective of me being in 92 in that.
"Of course, that's hard. That's, that's so for me, I'm gonna say for me.

He added, "So it a bit more basic man lost a source.
"They lost the source here, man. This plain. No Nigeria at the front.
"No super Eagles. But I told you this is baggy though.

Iwobi is expected to return to action when the Super Eagles of Nigeria take on Angola in an AFCON quarterfinal fixture scheduled for Friday, February 29, 2023.
