AFCON U23 hosts Morocco have sealed a place in the next round of the competition after an easy encounter against Ghana.
The Atlas Lions were ruthless in their handling of their Ghanaian counterparts following a six-goal thriller on Tuesday night. Morocco thrashed Ghana 5-1 in their second game at the AFCON U23.

In what was a blistering display of attacking football from the home side, the game was done and dusted at the break.
Three goals from Michael Richardson, Ismael Saibari, and Yanis Bergaoui gave the Lions a comfortable 3-0 lead before Salim Adams made it a respectable scoreline when he pulled one back for Ghana at half-time.
Abdessamad Ezzalouli added a fourth in the second half before Yanis wrapped it up with his second of the evening and fifth for Morocco.
What it means
The Atlas Lions have no become the first to book a place in the next round of the AFCON U23.
Morocco are through to the semifinals with a game to spare as they look to pick one of two tickets for the 2024 Olympics.
Ghana are looked locked on three points with Guinea who revived their campaign with a solid outing against Congo in the other Group A clash.
