Al-Nassr Players and Their Countries

The Saudi Pro League have always had a cap on foreign players, which makes it unsurprising that the majority of the Al-Nassr players are from their home country, Saudi Arabia. The rule was four foreign players at the start, but over the years the cap increased to a maximum of 10 foreign players per team.

27 of Al-Nassr’s 37-man squad are effectively home-grown talent, while they filled their foreign quota to the max. There are two players each from Portugal and Brazil, who account for the most for the highest number of foreigners in the team. Senegal, Syria, Australia, Colombia, Croatia, and Spain all have one representative each in the Al-Nassr side.
