Saudi Pro League giants Al Nassr have identified their number one target for the summer transfer window.
Al Nassr are interested in signing Aston Villa forward Moussa Diaby to partner Cristiano Ronaldo next season.
Diaby to join Ronaldo at Al Nassr?
Moussa Diaby played a crucial role in Aston Villa's UEFA Champions League qualification, making 54 appearances and scoring 10 goals in his debut season.
Despite his impressive performance, the 24-year-old was surprisingly snubbed by Didier Deschamps for France's European Championships squad.
With Diaby committing to Villa until 2028 and being an integral part of the team, any potential suitors, including Al-Nassr, will have to pay a substantial transfer fee to lure him away from Villa Park.
According to the Express, Al Nassr will test Villa's resolve with a big-money offer for Diaby in the coming weeks, as they look to restructure their team to win the title next season.
Al Nassr Chiefs are big fans of the winger and have viewed him as a long-term priority.
