Isabirye even held trainings with the group on Monday and Tuesday ahead of their Stanbic Uganda Cup match with Myda FC on Thursday.
Following days of uncertainty over his future, tactician Alex Isabirye will stay with his current employers and seven-time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC.
After their Saturday 4-3 Uganda Premier League defeat to KCCA FC at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, Isabirye had reportedly asked to leave the club.
He apparently felt a whole lot of disrespect from the club's faithful, who attacked him with verbal insults.
However, Isabirye and Express have since been locked in talks which have been positive.

The reserve of the Madrid club has a big sound in the world. Its coach - and at the same time a former player - is the legendary Raúl Gonzalez, who with Real won the Champions League three times, celebrated winning the Spanish title six times and added countless individual awards.
The impressive results that included a winning run of four games earned him praise from the 'Mukwano Gwabangi' fans.
Meanwhile, in January, Isabirye was rewarded a 'longer' contract, whose terms nor duration were made public.
Express currently sit eighth on the UPL log with 25 points in 17 matches, 12 off leaders BUL FC.
