Okello will be presented to the fans as the Venoms take on Arua Hill SC under floodlights this Thursday, in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
News of the completion of the deal has been met with jolly social media celebrations, and the Venom faithful will thus be glad to see him live in the black and red.
The fans will enjoy the highly anticipated sight just before kickoff, on an evening where Vipers hope to have massive off-field entertainment.

The former KCCA FC star met with Vipers Director Lawrence Mulindwa earlier on Thursday to finalize the move, and it didn't take long before he signed a three-year deal.
The Uganda Premier League champions have already confirmed re-known DJ, Ssuuna Ben as one of the entertainers for the night.
Meanwhile, Okello only recently parted ways with Algerian side Paradou AC on mutual consent.

Okello joined Paradou in 2020 on a long-term four-year contract from KCCA but spent last season at the latter on loan.
