Manchester United are ready to splash the cash on a Super Eagles star in the January transfer window, according to reports.
Going off the analysis of many pundits and some ex-Manchester United players, Victor Osimhen should already be in Old Trafford, or at least the Red Devils were urged to make a concrete move for the Nigerian in the coming transfer window.
However, it seems the club are opting for another Super Eagles star, as Bayer Leverkusen ace Victor Boniface has been linked with a January move to the Red Devils as the club prepare to hand Ruben Amorim a war chest in the winter.

Man United eye Boniface
Amorim's arrival was met with cautious optimism, and while Marcus Rashford’s early goal against Ipswich sold dreams of what could be, the rest of the contest, which ended 1-1, was a solemn reminder of the Manchester United squad’s reality.
The latest charter from around the club now suggests that INEOS are intent on platforming the 39-year-old to succeed by splurging on offensive talents in the January transfer window.
According to a report from Sky Germany, the Red Devils are eyeing Boniface and the in-form Omar Marmoush of Eintracht Frankfurt.
Per the report, the German champions will only let the 22-year-old Ondo-born striker go in January if a sizable offer comes in. And for the Egyptian, Marmoush, a more specific price was revealed, with Frankfurt expected to demand a figure in the region of €60 million.
Meanwhile, Victor Boniface is currently injured and will be out of action until next year, but this is not expected to affect any possible transfer to Old Trafford.
