According to reports, Carlo Ancelotti and Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid, are scheduled to have crisis talks after the team's recent poor performance.

Real Madrid’s performance in recent weeks has been called into question by fans and pundits, with the team struggling to pick up their last season's form.

Their recent performance saw them lose 2-0 to Premier League leaders Liverpool at Anfield in the UEFA Champions League.

The result has left them in 24th place on the Champions League table and on the verge of not qualifying for the next round.

The two reportedly get together frequently to talk when Real Madrid has a rough patch, but these conversations have become more significant in light of the team's recent results.

During their discussion, Ancelotti and Perez will talk about why they think the team is having trouble. It will also be hinted at if the Italian still has the club's full support.

The Real Madrid management believes that Ancelotti's team is going through its most difficult time in the last five years and that Mbappe's missed penalty against Liverpool encapsulated their difficulties.

However, there is a sense that more ought to have been done in the summer, but it is acknowledged that Ancelotti is struggling due to several injuries and a lack of depth in important places.

While Bellingham and Mbappe have struggled for form, players like Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo, David Alaba, Eder Militao, Dani Carvajal, and Aurelien Tchouameni are presently out.

The club is looking into why the team is having physical difficulties, with Real Madrid's fitness coach Antonio Pintus facing criticism.

In public, the club has blamed the team's hectic schedule and lack of sleep for the high number of injuries.

However, Ancelotti is eager to change the situation of the team and is still supporting his players.
