Formerly run by majority shareholder Benjamin Nyakuni, the Caterpillars revealed a new organogram which will see the club run by club president and Chief Executive Officer under the supervision of a board of directors.
Afeti, who will work under the supervision of a board of directors, has welcomed the challenge at the Caterpillars and stressed that he will do his best to help the club become better.
"I am humbled and honoured to start this new journey of serving the club of my dreams with this support and guidance," he noted.

FOOTBALL Respite for Onduparaka as they regain access to the Green Light Stadium
In a letter dated 23rd June, the caterpillars had been notified by the Arua City Council of the decision to assume control of the stadium, accusing Onduparaka of mismanaging the facility, which had prompted the Council to come in and take over the revenue collection.
"I know I can't be him (Nyakuni), but I am confident that with the lessons learnt over the years, the support of our amazing fans and guidance from God, I will succeed in this role."

Former Uganda Cranes forward Caesar Okhuti has taken over the head coach role of FUFA Drum title holders, West Nile Province as the tournament gets underway.
Onduparaka FC is expected to ring several changes as they prepare for life in the FUFA Big League for the first time in almost eight years.
The side gained promotion to the top flight in 2016 and created a buzz, especially during home games in the first three seasons, but all that came tumbling down as the club experienced a financial meltdown and player exodus.
